    Ad hoc Committee cannot continue for undecided and undeclared period. This provision has got to be implemented for a specified and limited period. If the Builder does not disband the ad hoc committee and form a regularly elected Body. The members can do it with their 2/3rd majority and form a regularly elected Body of the Society in a democratic way.     Dear Rahul, It is not legal to do the maintenance operations without executing the proper documentation between the parties and created bye laws in that regard.
