You waited too long. Verdict was itself very clear with timeline. Send a legal notice through lawyer , it will solve your problem. otherwise you can again approach RERA or You can file contempt petition which makes it very difficult for builder You can also approach consumer court later.
Dear Sir, Get execute the verdict passed by RERA.
1. do not bank EMIs. it will complicate the matter and you will be the sufferer. 2.file an execution petition in the RERA
Hi, To answer the first question, it is advisable for you to keep paying your EMI due to the bank so that they do initiate proceedings against you. As for the second question, there are two recourses. First, you may file an application for enforcement of order u/S 40 of the RERA Act before the Rera court. Second, you may file a contempt petition against the builder before the high court. If you found my answer helpful then kindly rate it.
RERA itself will give the remaining part of the relief. Approach the RERA Authorities immediately for implementation of the verdict. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
don't stop paying EMI to bank they will file case against you. 2. move contempt of court application plus execution application
