Buying A Flat In A Project Which Has Litigations | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

I am planning to buy a "ready to move in" flat on the top floor which has over 7- 8 litigation's on the total project. The project is a mix of villas and flats. The builder has received the occupancy certificate for the flat from floor 5 - top floor. However, they are yet to receive the OC for lower floors and the basement for the tower in which I am planning to buy the property. The builder is very reputed in the city. I have paid around 6 lacs as earnest money to the builder. SBI has told me that due to the litigation's it would hard to fund the loan. However Other private banks have acquired the APF and would be ready to fund the loan. I am not sure if I should proceed with buying the property. Can you please help provide insights?
