Commencement Certificate

Hello Sir The certificate from the concerned authority allowing the builder for commencement of construction of the property (after ensuring that all set criteria have been met) is referred to as the certificate of commencement. it's an mandatory document required prior to construction of any building, it would be not legal to start construction without the possession of commencement certificate.
