First send a legal notice. The terms and conditions of lease agreement can be enforced so if there is penal interest then you can claim. It is better for you to continue to stay without valid agreement.

You may get a legal notice issued through your Lawyer for getting the lease Deed renewed Otherwise it may create some legal problem. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Dear Sir, You may lease out the same to others for more amount. Courts are very slow and you may not get any penal interest.

Dear Sir, You need to send the legal notice for payment of all the dues or renew the agreement. Then you can also file a civil suit against him in the court and you can claim compensation and interest for your mortgaged money. If you find this helpful please rate my answer. Thank you
