I had purchased a freehold property. The builder had to give me Land + 1st construction ( Villa ). He did registry in the month of February. I did 90% payment. The builder had to give me villa by 31st March. yet he is not giving us possession. The builder is not registered in RERA. In builder buyer agreement Possession date is not mentioned. I had taken a loan from LICHFL. Now what I should do. Please suggest.

file a case against him you can file a case before consumer court,RERA and civil court in such matters
