Is the Delhi State Commission opened and operating. Are they only handling emergency cases virtually online or other cases also. I have a 10 years old case still pending in State commission Delhi and I wanted to withdraw my case by putting an application. Our next hearing date has still not been given to us. Is it allowed to withdraw a case in Delhi State Commission before the hearing date OR can it be withdrawn only on a hearing date as per laws and regulations for Delhi State Commission. Also, is it mandatory to withdraw a case from the State Commission Delhi to file the same case in RERA? We have drafted a case file application to file at RERA Panchkula as our property is in Faridabad.

before withdrawing case form State Commission, you should check the limitation period for filling complaint before RERA authority
