Can a GPA holder execute sale deed if it is mentioned in the GPA document ?Also can it execute another GPA to developer for development of flats if it is mentioned in the GPA document ? Pls note the GPA was executed in 2005

Dear client, . A GPA holder can execute the sale deed if the GPA is registered and stamped. Only the registered owner can execute a GPA to empower the holder to further execute any kind of deed or transfer.
