Have Some Land Claims And A Contempt Of Court Case

My grandfather won a land allotment almost 15 years ago. Since he was old he never pursued further. We are trying to contact the concerned society but they are not responding to our letters as they in my opinion have no land left. Want to file a criminal Contempt of court notice and get this back. I have high court order and judgement in our favour. Looking for someone strong willed who believes can fight this case We had a liquidation case going on for a mall in banjara hills that never got made. We had given money but the mall never got built.
