I have paid 3 pre-emi instalments to 10 lacs for a flat which is not constructed even after revised RERA due date. I contacted the builder & he has accepted the flat cancellation & asking for 3 -5 months of repayment. However, IIFL is not accpeting the said document & not stopping the EMI. How to proceed with EMI stoppage & get money from builder for the money paid by IIFL till now.

Enter into an agreement/settlement with builder and Bank with understanding that builder who received money will pay further EMI. And refund your amount also. it should not be treated as legal advice.
