In the place where I live, we used to live in rented houses in my grandfather's time, later all the tenants moved to their respective villages, and the owner also settled in Mumbai, then the owner never came back, and after many days we found number of owners daughter amd contacted the owner's daughter. And she is now About 70, they tell us that the owner was not alive, and when inquired about the place, they said that the place was given to us by someone at that time, just like we gave the place to you, but without papers we nothing can do, and we decided to left that place then neighbour will occupy that place, please tell if it have any solution.

Hello Sir If you have stayed in the property for more than 12 years then you perfected your title over the property and could claim the same. You prevent neighbour to occupy that place by saying that it's your property. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful
