The recitals of the agreement will decide and that too in conjunction with the regular practice of the place. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Dear Sir, It will be according to the agreement signed by you and your landlord. They cannot ask for any additional charges apart as mentioned in the registered agreement. You can send them a legal notice to ask them to comply with the agreement duly signed or you can file a civil suit against them. If you find this helpful please rate my answer. Thank you
