Maharera has issued an order on 22nd January against my order. As per the order, builder has to return my money by 30 Sep 2020. but still, I have not received the money. What would be the next process? if I loing to my a/c on maharera side, there are some options like View Order, View roznama, Apply for final order copy, Appeal, Apply for nonexecution of order and upload documents. (flat booking dt. 18Aug 2015, Agreement dt.Apr 17, Possesion term 36 Months from Agreement + 6 months additional), Flat canceled in Nov 2019 due to the Construction not started in last 3 years). please advice
