NoBroker Home Interior False Promise

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent home interior service by NoBroker.To provide context, I entered into an agreement with NoBroker's home interior department for the design and installation of my kitchen. As part of our discussions, we agreed upon a specific size for the sink, which is an essential component of any functional kitchen. However, later it became evident that a grave mistake had occurred.The sink size that was promised to install does not align with the agreed-upon dimensions, rendering it unfit for the intended purpose and causing significant inconvenience.I have asked them to correct their mistake but they are refusing by saying that they cannot do anything now and I need to buy another small size sink for the kitchen.Their City Manager blamed us that it is NoBroker's mistake and they never confirmed about the Sink size but I have WhatsApp chats where their Designer and PrMr both agreed and approved the sink size.Please advice.
