I canceled the plot booking and asked for a refund to the plot developer. The developer says he has transferred the money to plot owner and plot owner has invested somewhere else. I am referring to the booking form I signed with the developer which has a clause to refund full money in 15 days from the cancellation date. Also, payment has bank records. Hence I can definitely take him to multiple platforms example: Police complain, consumer court, civil court, complaint in RERA, etc or more. But I don't know where do I take this complaint for the fastest and easiest way to get my money back. Can you please guide me where do I take this complaint for the fastest solution my full money back. Thank you, experts, for your guidance here
