My question is that I've given a contract for building my house in Lucknow to a builder. He told me that he will take the payment by cash and he literally made a house with so many problems. Like the floor is cracked and the tiles on the wall are simply hanging. And the Contract was of 20 lakhs. He even didn't came again to see these problems. I've contacted him many times but he didn't respond so can I file a complaint against him on RERA, will I get compensation /justice.
