Gurgaon

I book a shop in 2010 in Gurgaon and shop passion in 2019 total cost of the shop is 25 lac and i have paid 16 lac in 2012 balance not paid. In that case developer wave of all interest and said paid balance and take possession but i thought I want more amount from the developer because I have already paid 16 lac in 2012. Can I file case, please advice
