My father passed away last year and the land that I have inherited will be distributed amongst three of my brothers & we have decided to demolish our ancestral bungalow and build an apartment in partnership with a developer but I being an NRI can only invest and not be a partner as per fema guidelines so what can I do to assure my share in profit sharing.
