Refusing Refund Of My Plot Booking Amount

Dear Sir, Paid Rs 4,75,000 /- to Sri Vaishnavi Townships (india) Private Limited which is located in Guntur (A.P) . Booked for 200 Sq. Yards in Dec'2014 and I was asked to pay EMI'S (total 9.2 Lakhs) and to be completed all EMI's in an Year from date of booking to go for plot registration . But I paid Rs 4,75,000/- for 2.5 Years and stopped the remaining as I have been in financial crisis. * AP Govt announced AMARAVATHI as a New Capital in 2014. * Most of the customers preferred investment surrounding of CAPITAL AMARAVATHI even not approved. * At the time of booking the venture (JAYAKRISHANA BRUNDAVANAM Ph1) was not approved from Govt( But company said that they would get approval in an Year. * They got the approval for their venture in Jan 2019. * I have been requesting the Marketing executive for the past 2.5 years who works for the same company to sell my unregistered plot to some one or to the same company but no use. * Recently on 2nd Aug'19 visited to the company in Guntur and requsted them to refund my paid amount but they simply told that company is not in position to pay a single rupee and asked me to register the plot for 100 Sq.Yards instead 200 Sq. Yards. *I refused to register and requested to refund my amount but they didn't. * I came back Hyderabd with disturbed mind thinking of next step as I have been in financial crisis. * After 2 weeks found a news that a person won a case in consumer court against a real estate company to refund of booking amount with 7% interest. It created me a Hope again. * I approached a lawyer via a website and sent a legal notice to the company. * Lawyer fined them to pay 4.75 Lakhs with 18% per anum and 5 Lakhs for harassment. Here my querris are .... 1. If the company will not respond to me in a month, what will be my next step. 2. As per Legal notice should they pay me the entire amount (15L appox) as Lawyer fined them. 3. Do I need the proofs like I have been asking marketing agent to sell the plot or possibilities of handover the plot to the company( In reality I contacted him via phone calls only) 4. Do I need any proof of visiting the company in person. ( I visited them on Aug 2nd ) 5. Do I need to submit apart from Plot agreement , and payment bills in consumer court if they won't respond or their response is not favorable to me . 6. How long will this take to get my refund into my hand. Please guide me to do something if miss anything.. Thank you Raj
