Our freehold gated compound has about 300 plus duplex villas and has 10 (G+2 Floor) storey building with four 2BHK apartments on each floor totalling 40 and also has about 25 (G+2 Floor) storey building with 4 1BHK apartment on each floor totalling 100 apartments. Please advice is U.P. Apartment Act applicable to us and we have to form an apartment owners association or we can register RWA under society act only without following the apartment act laws / model bye laws
