Dear Sir, This is to inform you that the supreme court has extended the 6months period for the completion of project. Therefore, if your buyer seller agreement have a clause that if any pendamic situation arises the builder is not liable to pay interest so promised then matter will be dealt separately. The builder cannot deny his liability. Therefore, kindly read the clauses in your buyer seller agreement Otherwise, we can file a complaint before the Real Estate Regulatory authority .
