Sir, my grand father has one brother and he is an elder to him. my big grand father have no children he toke my father as his son from my father childhood but he is not registered it but at the time of entering in ration cards ,voter ids and aadhaar enterd as father .my big grand father is died.how to we get the adoption proof from government of andhra pradesh

Dear Sir, It has to be proved in the Court of law if any bod y denies otherwise just apply and get properties of your senior grand father.

Even though no adoption deed, ur father can claim him as adopted son status provided u should prove that any customary ceremony been conducted for adoption. Voter ID, ration cards stands as good proof. You have to file declaration suit in Civil court..
