i had made deal to sold my land to one of local politian ..before 3 years..at rs 1 crore 30 lakh.. we had made agreement (token) he gave me an 15 lakh on that day.. and in agreement we had clearly written that after 3 month i will transfer my land on his name and the remaining amount should be paid at that time.. but he didn't paid me .. and he refuse to make deal.. now after 3 years he send 2..3..local criminal to capture my land.. and he captured my land what should I do now??? i had also made police complain but police is not doing anythi please help me..

Report to Police commissioner, file a private criminal complaint, file a declaratory suit alongwith injunction for removal of adverse possession. Also inform the Tehsildar and Talati office about the conduct and any approach towards illegal manipulation be immediately brought to your notice.
