Two Obc In One State

i make two obc one is made 2006 and we lost unfortunately thats why we made second obc by any person he make make my obc bt now i found my old obc but those person make my obc according to that obc i count other state obc plzzz sir help what we do my old obc is valid for delhi obc plzzz sir i dont want new obc certificate
