Yes, still 3 Years LL.B. Course is available in some colleges where attendance is not compulsory. You can join such colleges or select morning or evening Law Colleges. The you can simultaneously chose an advocate case and join as apprentice/private clerk and earn your livelihood by gaining experience in law practice. A very good idea.

Simultaneously means..? llb 3yr degree is literally a post graduate course..
