EX PIO As Third Party

Hi ! I am doing state government job. I have got one issue during my job. One man have done defamation and I have filled case against him in court. During this he have made one RTI and I have denied it with reason of 8(1)h. Now I have got transferred to another job in department and he have filled again RTI application for seek information. Now if PIO provide information it can effect my court case. What should I do . Thanks
