Facing problem in getting my certificates back from my college

Question

Myself Aswath studying 4th Semester B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering department in a private university located in Bangalore South Region. For some reason, I wasn't able to continue my course and I wish to discontinue my current degree program (B.Tech) and I wish to join in another course at another University. But my University is refusing to provide my certificates unless I am paying my other two years' fees. I want to know whether I should pay another two year fees for getting my certificates back or can I able to get it without paying another two year fees?

Such situation is being faced by many people. You may approach the High court. They cannot insist for payment of fee and cannot put your future career at stake.

u can get the same without paying the fees as u will not attend the class so need not to pay fee

Mr. Aswath , University cannot demand fees it must be your College. Issue them Legal Notice through a  Advocate  . Contact  any  Advocate  for  your  relief
