If a government servant is doing fraud in disbursing pension like (manipulating with the death pensions ) How to do justice, to whom it should be complained . Can I file RTI requesting for pension payment summary for the last 8 months, so that, I can highlight this issue.

first of all collect the related documents through the R.T.I ,then make complaint to police including higher authorities for lodging fir. if police did not register the case then u can file complaint in the court.
