My friend has asked the government through RTI ACT about information that the government is providing subsidy to sugar factories and milk factories and not providing subsidy or any help to small offices and small industries plus he also provided some documents related to information about some confidential things were government appreciated his work and took a legal action against it. And according to rule the person who provides some important information he is awarded by the government didn't get it. Now what action should be taken?
