Dear Sir, Each case depends upon its own individual facts. The District Consumer Courts having thousands of cases for disposal and will be taken on priority basis or seniority basis. You may approach High Court for earlier disposal of your case. RTI provisions cannot be invoked when there is full fledged machinery to give certified copies of any record you wish to take and this procedure is very useful for you to get the copies.
