I borrowed some 3000 Rs from one of my friends but because of insufficient balance, I was unable to give it on time. However, whenever I have money I told him to give his bank details but he never provided to me. In between, we bought 3 things on EMI and as a good friend just told him about this, I am a 9th month pregnant woman and my delivery date is due, no one is helping us in any matter. So much pressure as my husband is not earning more below average is the salary that one can pay the EMI and eat two times a homemade food only. Now, I told each and everything to that guy to whom I took the money, even I told him that I will give your money in December but he is making fun of me in front of my other friends like I am a criminal and stolen his money. Even knowing this fact that currently, I am in the pressure of my delivery as there is complications and no one is giving support, regularly taunting me in front of others which is making me stressed a lot and cry like

Keep in mind that debt and harrasment are two different things. Have Courage to make a Complaint to the Women Commission. It may bring up something positive. Or manage to get some commitment for deferment for payment. you are legally bound to repay the money, however, at the same time you can file a police complaint against him for causing harassment to you

u may repay certain amount out of the principal and may convince him to extend the period of repayment, otherwise u will be liable under under law and perhaps you may be implicated in the criminal case as well
