I stay alone in my flat in Bangalore. A fellow resident is mentally harassing me by texting me, stalking me, and threatening me. I want to take some legal action to ensure that in the future she doesn't harass me. I don't even talk to her, but she is harassing me. I am depressed and scared to stay in my own apartment. She has issues with other owners also but all are scared of raising an FIR. I would have done it if I was in Bangalore but I am in my native for the last 15 days. The incident took place on 19th June 2020. I have all the WhatsApp and text SMS screenshots. Please advice, how do I take a step

first you file an complaint against her through onlne mode.then they will contact you to describe your problem then you describe each things to that officers.it will be much helpful to you

It is advisable to fight against this injustice and file online complaint in cyber cell as well as general written complaint to the nearest police station. They will act promptly on your complaint.
