Hello Sai, This is highly debateable area.. As of now Supreme court decisions Joginder singh case and Avatar singh case (Constitution Bench) is followed by court.. There are observation that mere wording "benefit of doubt" in the judgment should not be hold as such.. Entire judgment should be read and assessed.. besides it is mandatory that you should mention this in your application, if u supressed, then u will certainly get rejected for suppression irrespective whether u r acquitted or not..
