    If the transfer petition is allowed by the Court then whole case will be transferred to your district Court and both the parties i.e., Respondent and the Defendant will have to continue proceedings in district Court only. There cannot be the situation where half case in one Court and half in other Court.

    If you file transfer petition then whole case will be transferred in your jurisdiction and all party should be present in that jurisdiction court.
