Age Relaxation In Ews 10% Reservation

As you all know BJP government gave EWS 10% reservation in Feb 2019 and the concerned minister Thawar Chand Gehlot said at that time that all the benefits in this reservation will be the same as that of OBC like age, fees, etc. We are a group of EWS category people who meet Thawar Chand Gehlot in march regarding this and he gave us the assurance that demand is right and he will provide all benefits and he even gave this in interview and news published in many newspapers. Problem is that the 8 months have passed after that, and the social justice ministry is neither providing age relaxation neither saying officially that we will not provide age relaxation, this is frustrating many EWs candidates because they were having hope that they will get this age relaxation. Because EWS means economically backward class means in this there are many people who come from poor families who cannot afford education thus their many years get wasted so this age relaxation is very important. Can we file anything in supreme court so that the Supreme Court direct government to clear its to stand whether they want to provide or not?
