Legal Personal Identity Name And Problem Of Slavery

My Legal Name is Avinash Hasija as per 10th class board certificate passed exam as per my knowledge which is equal to legal name from birth of me as per indian and legal law and counted as birth certificate in which my photo of during that time when i had given exam of 10th and all legal work in my name are to be done on that basis but some illegal person are forcing me to sit within one room so that they can use my legal name and making me slave and the problem is that i donot have much money to fight case right now but in future i will fight and file legal case against them and whenever i raise voice against them then they spread rumour about me that i become mad and mental and even they bribe the people and apply all tricks to vanish my legal name identity and i am not able to work and earn money and my life is in chaos and even i am not able to get basic necessities and they are treating me as slave,animal and only give food and anything whatever they like to either it is a poision filled food and due to which my health is going down and even body and brain power are going down due to this as they are forcing me to sit in one room without sunlight and air of freedom in openly . so i fill file the case in future against them of such inhumanity behaviour to me and various other allegation such as defamation , slavery ,prostitution ,compensation claim for destroying my life ,job and earning capacity , i know but now my question is that till then can you tell me the best lawyer who can fight case against them and who will not become afraid of them and help me to win the case and willnot take their hand and feet back once case filed against them by taking bribe or by any fear . and one more thing i had made a complaint against them of domestic violence which is a complaint filed upon the family members but they mistakenly or intentionaly making me servant of them and made realize all people that i had filed complaint against my owner and treating my self as servant of them and they forcefully putted me on their feet and i will file a case against those police officer who did illegal to me and their names i have recorded and saved so that i willnot forget their name in future while filing a case against them so please suggest good lawyer to fight against i want mainly women lawyer as women lawyer can fight against such people because here criminals are women also and they are more clever and use women factor as tool to harm me very well and making fool all the people .
