Our client has got gratuity. But since his company got acquired by another company and most of the employees have been let go off. Then can these employees seek dissolution of the gratuity fund? If a company is being acquired by another company, can that gratuity fund be dissolved, if most of the employees that were the original beneficiaries are no longer there?
