Wenzye Company Done Fraud By Sending Wrong Product

I ordered a product from wenzye company website but they delivered the wrong product. Payment of ordered product already made in full while placing order. I have been requesting the company to refund but the company insist on payment to wenzye wallet and asked to courier the wrong product. I don't want payment in wenzye wallet and also will not take responsibility of courier. if courier misplaced then I don't want to be liable. I think the company located in Gujrat.
