Attempting For Video Piracy

Hi Team, I am a free lancer trainer providing training to the students across the global. I have my facebook page www.facebook.com/hadooplearningcenter. I have found some of the students trying to take the course in the name of 1 and trying to stream them across the youtube channel.I do have the aadhar card of the student who was leading this .As an evidence I have the chat history of the whats app group and the chat messages of the student agreeing they tried this. Please suggest what could we do on it legally.
