    Such false claims being issued by Companies. As a true citizen please approach the Consumer Court for compensation and also approach Hon'ble High Court to issue directions to such company not to issue MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS.

    That 87 comes with a star mark!! 87kmpl* Which means the milage may vary, due to different factors, like traffic, engine temperature, how it's used etc!! To get a fruitful result first contact the Company Nodal Officer if that doesn't work, Then contact Company Head Office with a Legal Notice to resolve the issue, If it's no use then Go for a Consumer Dispute in an appropriate Forum!! You will get Fruitful result & your will have strong grounds!!
