Dear client Suit on basis of contract is maintainable when contract is written and register one If company would file case through u r lawyer u can take this defences
Dear client anyone is allowed to enter into a contract until and unless it is of sound mind is a major and his competent to contract therefore in this case if a contract has increased then the company is eligible to file of chase against them
If there was no legal agreement before they hired you then they can't sue you for breach of contract because the main ingredient (contract) is missing if they file a case against you. And if you were told to do the particular work then only your senior will be held responsible for the mismanagement and not you. And if you wish to know whether the company is registered or not you can check it online. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
