Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can given notice to the packer and mover and also you can move to court and final case against them for mental harassment and on other charges
Issue them notice through lawyer and File Complain in Consumer Court and claim heavy compensation.
If they are not listening to you then first of all it's advisable for you to serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write to stop all these harrassment and compensate you for the losses like products damaged. You have to warn them that either refund my compensated amount or face legal action which will be at their own risk. And if you wish to go legal then you can always forward a complaint in writing to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
