A took loan from B on interest by keeping his property as mordgage But B prepared legal papers as A sold his property to B But C who is relative of B has no connections with A but C is always harassing A and his family members to return the loan amount as a result A dies of heart attack now I want to ask can we file a case against C under what act so that C can get imprisonment of some years
