My question is regarding cold calling customers. Do I need a DoT license to call? I have website domain leads of India. When one buys a domain name, they have to enter their personal data which gets stored to Whois organization and is available for anyone to look. So, anyone can view the data and it's legal. So, I call those leads to ask if they need a website developer to build the website. Some people are harsh and say things like it's not right to call them, etc. etc. So, is it legal to cold call for business development? Thank you!
