Hello Ma'am It's illegal to breach someone's privacy without his or her knowledge. You could file legal suit against him for breach of your privacy and recording the call without your knowledge. As per law, Phone tapping/recording of calls without the permission of other party or a court order violates the fundamental right of a person , and under Section*Phone*of the Indian Telegraph Act such act is not allowed and punishable. Hence , you can lodge a complaint against your boss for the said offence , and thereby also mention that he is threatening you for ruining your career.

He is indecisive, impractical and biased but still in recording you proven to be wrong ? As per law, you can challenge phone recording but being employee, you will not do anything for your career. If still want to proceed then start with sending legal notice through lawyer.
