Dear client, In my humble suggestion, you can file a case of maintenance against your husband.

Either on next date your husband will File written statement or he will file memo regarding granting time to File written statement and 1 month time will be granted to him. If your failed to file any memo regarding written statement then you can press the court to pass NO WS order against your husband and Post the case on next stage. You can File Maintenance case in court through lawyer for financial support. If You want to go at your husbands home so issue him notice through lawyer to take you back and if he refused to take you back then File Restitution Case in court through lawyer.
