she may file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights... but if she don't want to break the relation just becoz of her two daughters ... then she may also see another option by filing suit for maintenance .... husband will be liable to maintain her Nd both daughters .... they will get per month allowance Nd money also require for her survival...
