I have five brothers and my number is fourth, from starting all my elder brother was staying separately and when I joined the service then I am driving my house including younger brother and till now spending around 36 lakh including 29 lakh housing loan now my mother and father throw out from home and all brother live with parents in same house now I totally economically crush so please suggest how to recover my amount or matter solved

Dear Rishu, Why do not you apply for Mediating your case in mediation Centre. It is possible you may able to settle it. Otherwise you have to go for lawsuit. Please contact a local lawyer and apply for Partition Suit.
