I Need To Sell My House Asap For Survival

This is my earnest appeal for survival. I am a very poor unemployed educated man of 46 years, my parents had demised long ago, I need to sell my house asap, but the house is in my late father's name. Moreover, my late father had not made the blr number of the house and 2 years municipality tax is pending too, as I am too poor I cannot make the house in my name, moreover, I do not have anyone to help me in this regard.
