Dear Gaurav It is advisable, firstly, that you should intimate Your friend informally by sending emails, message or what app demanding your dues. If latter don't give any satisfactory reply/denies then you are entitled to demand your dues by sending legal notice through your advocate and wait to reply from your friend.
